Pat Watson (Gigi’s Mom) has asked me to post a prayer request for a dear friend of hers who lives in Ferndale, WA. His name is James Redhed, and he is currently being treated for kidney cancer. He and his wife would appreciate our prayer support.

Update: Ken McAllister passed away last night. Please continue to pray for his family. Thank you.

Please pray for my friend Ken McAllister. I first met Ken when I was in seminary at Regent College in Vancouver, BC. He has worked on staff there for many years and has been struggling with cancer for some time now. Earlier today, his wife, Jennifer, sent out the following update. "We cherish your thoughts and prayers today, as Ken is ending well after giving us a bonus of five very special days with grand moments of lucidity. His breaths of this earthly air are few and far between, as he silently sinks deeper into holding Jesus’s hand more tightly into the fullness of The Kingdom of God. Pray that it will be a peaceful, painless journey." Thank you for praying.
